Our Life Changing Partners
At Saladmaster, we are not just cookware, we believe if you invest in people and make their lives better you can change the world. Our commitment to being a socially-responsible, impactful organization extends beyond one-off efforts. We’re passionate about being a force for good. It’s part of our overall business strategy and a fixture of our day-to-day operations. We are honored to partner with exceptional organizations that are making life better for people around the world.
Saladmaster joined the American Diabetes Association® as a proud National Sponsor in 2018 as part of the Together We Can Stop Diabetes® movement. Saladmaster is dedicated to educating the public about the devastating impact of diabetes and to encourage individuals, communities, corporations and healthcare providers to take action in the fight to stop diabetes.
The American Cancer Society is on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until they do, they will be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about cancer prevention. All so people can live longer — and better. Saladmaster is a proud sponsor of the American Cancer Society. Saladmaster Authorized Dealers host local cooking classes to teach how to cook certain foods to help prevent and fight cancer. www.cancer.org
The foundation of Saladmaster is built on helping others and changing lives – that’s why Saladmaster gives back to global diabetes awareness organizations such as the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), to help their mission to promote diabetes care, prevention, and a cure worldwide.
The IDF is an umbrella organization of over 240 national diabetes associations in 160 countries and territories. It represents the interests of the growing number of people with diabetes and those at risk and has been leading the global diabetes community since 1950. The IDF is engaged in action to tackle diabetes from the local to the global level ― from programs at community level to worldwide awareness and advocacy initiatives.
Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) promotes preventive medicine and good nutrition, conducts clinical research and encourages high research standards. PCRM’s team of physicians, nurses and dietitians help advance disease prevention and survival through nutrition education and research. Saladmaster’s nutritional cooking system is used in PCRM’s Food for Life nutrition and cooking classes to teach how certain foods and nutrients work together to discourage disease, along with cooking demonstrations of healthy and delicious recipes that can be recreated easily at home. Saladmaster partners with PCRM by hosting Food for Life classes to educate the public on the healing power of food and how to put good dietary practices into action. www.pcrm.org
